Just thank god that you don't live in the UK - a ban on smoking in all enclosed public places came into force today.
Immediate 100 dollar fines if you light up in a bar, pub, cafe, shop, station, cab, bus... anywhere basically.

Hang in there, it took me a few days on the full dose before things really started to kick in to the point that I got ready. I still had to cooperate, but that's when I noticed the most difference.
